Refund Policy
- All sales are final! We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and delivered as requested..
- Customers are responsible for inspecting their packages upon delivery. Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement.
Shipping Policy
- Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

- We currently ship within the USA only.
- Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address when you check out. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect information.
- If a package is returned to us, customers will be notified via email and responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping.
In-Person Pick-up Intructions & Policy
We're happy to offer in-person pick-up for local customers! Please review the following policy before purchasing to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Place your order on our website and select the "In-Person Pickup" option at checkout. Once your order is placed, you may choose a pick-up time from the available time windows provided at checkout.
- Pick-up days and times available:
- Monday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

3. You will receive an email or text once your order is ready for pick-up. Please wait for this confirmation before coming by.
- If you cannot arrive within your chosen time window, please contact us via email at soulrenityjbeauty@gmail.com to reschedule.
- Upon arrival, you must follow the pick-up instructions and present your confirmation email with your name for verification.
- Orders must be picked up within 5 days of receiving the 'Ready-for-pick-up' confirmation. Unclaimed orders after this period may be canceled and no refunds will be issued.
